London: Digital Marketing Manager – Up to 37K Basic + Benefits Digital Marketing leader required to implement strategy across our client’s digital channels of social media, email marketing, SEO and PPC. Includes management of a team of 3. Our client is a well-known global academic publisher, serving learning and scholarship in higher education and the professional world. Directly, much of the customer acquisition will be international including the US, Canada and Australia in addition to the UK. We are looking for a talented, motivated and experienced marketer with a proven track record of creating value through digital marketing techniques. The role will encompass setting measurable goals, increasing online customer acquisition, managing budgets and managing the implementation of strategy by the marketing team. Responsibilities include the following:
  • Managing a Digital Campaigns Executive and two Customer Services specialists
  • Managing website content and optimising it for search and conversion
  • Working with product marketers to build the brand and acquire customers through social media
  • Overseeing email marketing
  • Other digital campaigns and projects such as PPC and app development
  • Digital marketing qualification
