Business Development – Richmond, London: 45K OTE (consisting of a base up to 32K plus commission up to 40%) plus laptop, phone, etc. Our client is the UK leader in online classified advertising. Owned by a globally renowned Californian technology company, this position serves to promote their growing online recruitment business to the top 250 recruitment consultancies. Our client works with 46 of the top 250 recruitment consultancies and there’s plenty of room for growth. Why? Because their traffic is so high that our client’s product delivers results and can stand by its numbers. Key day-to-day tasks of the Business Development role include: ·      Ensuring agreed sales targets are met. ·      Setting your own appointments, the role is a mixture of 50/50 between field and office based activities ·      Ensuring all deadlines and timetables are met. ·      Maintaining existing accounts whilst also growing new business ·      Understanding market trends and developments to maximise sales opportunities.
