This week’s performances were marked more by how many players you could put onto the pitch rather than fireworks from any one player. Danny Ings scored a brace but how many FF players have him in their team? I’ll tell you – 0.7%. For all of those people who captained Aguero, he served up a blank. Costa got his goal but no bonus points. So there were no really big scores this week but it was a week where you could throw a few away.
Sacha Cunningham of Jellyfish and Danny Frondigoun of the Law Society Gazette both consolidated their positions at the top of the league and Simon Johnson of Alison at Home posted a top round with a high-performing front three of Costa, Kane and Lukaku who all scored. Kane’s an interesting one at a good price: will he keep his place?
I was unable to field 11 fit players this week so I’m hoping we’ll see the likes of Sakho return soon.
